About

Eat – Drink – Both’s Liz Tedeschi is a Registered Dietitian with an MS in Environmental Nutrition and BS in Dietetics who takes a “food first” approach, utilizing nutrition as preventative medicine. With a background ranging from managing cafes and grocery stores to operating a small-scale specialty crop farm, long term care to one-on-one nutrition counseling, she is always ready to talk food.

She became a Registered Dietitian not to tell people what to eat, but to share her passion for food with others. She strongly believes everyone deserves access to affordable, nutritious food and supportive education to bring about life-long enjoyment and health. Her approach has helped clients transform their relationship with food and fitness, improving their quality of life while reducing nutrition-related disease risk.

In addition to all things eating-related, she enjoys reading, knitting, hiking, and traveling with her partner and dog.
