About

Eat – Drink – Both’s Liz received her MS in Environmental Nutrition from the University of Memphis and BS in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University. She is a Registered Dietitian who takes a “food first” approach, utilizing nutrition as preventative medicine. With a background ranging from managing cafes and grocery stores to operating a small-scale specialty crop farm, long term care to one-on-one nutrition counseling, she is always ready to talk food.

In addition to all things eating-related, she enjoys reading, knitting, hiking, and traveling with her partner and dog.
